Individual lessons

For beginners or players looking to improve their game. Individual lessons at East Glos Club in Cheltenham. Cost includes court fees and racket advice

Group lessons

Up to 4 players looking to advance their game. Cost includes court fees and racket advice.

Game play can be used which is a blend of coaching/drills/points to improve your tactical & technical development.

 

Intro to Padel

Whether you’ve had previous experience playing racket sports or not, Intro to Padel is the key to getting you started.

 

Our 1 hour coach-led sessions focus on introducing you to the basics of the game, including:​

• Court positioning and where to stand

• How to hold the racket and basics including volleys, overheads and serve

• Using the glass & cage (important to cover from the start)

• The rules and how to score- you’ll be playing a match by the end of your session
